It depend on the person if the real Tagalog will speak the language, it is very pleasant to hear.........if not non-Tagalog speaker it could sound rude or different because of the accent.

It depends on what the listener's primary language is. If, say, your primary language is English or French then you likely will find Tagalog to be very guttural-sounding. If you are a Japanese or Chinese speaker, it may sound as rough (or as smooth) as your own. If you speak Vietnamese or Dutch, Tagalog may seem as soothing to your ears as a Bach concerto. Lol....really.

depends. if the speaker is well-mannered, educated, and cultured, tagalog sounds like a babbling brook. if the speaker is countrybumpkin-ny, wooden clog-gy, lowly educated human grease, it sounds like nails scraping against a chalkboard. but to me, regardless who is speaking it, tagalog is music to my ears because i understand it so well.

It depends on the speaker...if they are loud speakers, then everything sounds mean...if they are international speakers who've learned how to speak, then yes, it can be pleasant, it all depends on who you talk to.

Certainly, especially if spoken with refinement.

How does it sound like to non-native speakers?

Funny. My friend once emulated me, sounded like staccato, "ka-ta-ta-wa-nan", his way of saying "funny" in a different accent.

It depends on the mood of the speaker. Maybe, if he/she is angry he will louder his/her voice but if he/she is kind and pleasant his/her voice will become pleasant too.
