Go to an urgent care facility. There is one on 17218 N 72nd Dr # 100, Glendale, AZ. You can call them at 623-334-8670 to make sure of their hours and to make sure it is the closest one to you. Also, you can sign in online so you are already on the list and do not have to wait when you get there. Ask the girl about it on the phone. Good luck and I hope you feel better.

If you need an emergency room - GO! (heart attack, bleeding profusely, stroke, broken part, injury to your eyes, ears, etc.) they will work out the billing later - if it is less than life threatening go to a walk in center or urgent care they will work a billing plan with you as well. If this is a less than urgent matter (like an infection or UTI) call your Dr and set an appointment they will bill you and you can set a payment plan. All medical facilities will work with a payment plan these days and if you have a credit card that will help speed things along since you have established credit. Good Luck!

Go to a critical/urgent care facility. Cheaper than an emergency room, and some bill you later. You don't need an appointment, most are first come first served.
