Motown and soul music all the way. They had some of the best singers-marvin gay, otis reading (these arms of mine-very romantic), Sam Cooke, Al Green, Lionel Ritchie are all fantastic singers with voices as smooth as velvet. This kind of music just seems to touch something deep within and without a doubt the most romantic music I've heard. The new stuff is good but the old stuff has stood the test of time, well worth checking out.

I think Marvin Gaye, he had a beautiful voice. I love motown, they have some great romantic songs. Stand by me by Ben E King or Tracks of My Tears by Smokey Robbinson. So a Motown artist. Righteous Brothers and Elton John are also quite romantic. Your Song is a great romantic tune.
