Truth makes everything as it is, truth is reality, but lie makes everything as the liar wants, its a fiction, not real, very sweet though. You're right no one can say that he never lies, if someone says something like that he/she for sure is a liar. Why cant we stop ling?- because lie is the favorite Truth of mankind.

We can...but not absolutely. Its like saying, why cant we ever reach infinity. Its just a question of how many times we lie, and for what motive in this life where we say so many billions of things.
