By all means stop holding your breath! Breathe out, breathe in. Besides, you might not look good in blue. I know. I turned orange once (well, maybe more than once). The dopey doctor told me it was from eating nothing but raw carrot sticks. Puh-leeze! The only problem was the color clashed with my tie-dyed prints.

Red is a much better colour to feel.... it's all squidgy compared to the harsh cold exterior of blue....
