Im pregnant & when i wake up in the morning theres' a small lump on my stomach; on the right side..what is it? is it my uterus lifting up cuz my bladders so full [<

Sounds like maybe your uterus?? If it is causing you pain, call your doctor. If not, mention it at your next visit. Better safe than sorry.

I had this same thing happen with my second son. When I went to see the doc., she said it was just a pulled stomach muscle. Hope everything goes well! Good luck!

I would definitely go to the doctor to make sure it not anything that could harm the baby. Then he can let you know if it only the baby or something else.

One of my friends was constantley "poking" the baby back into her stomach because there was a lump on her belly. :-) I'm sure it's no big deal, but better safe than sorry!

There are many mysteries from pregnancy. If your worried call your doctor. Even if you think the question is silly beleive me- you're not the first to call in about something. Put yourself at ease and call.

it is your baby on the right side of your stomach.. It is weird at first butyouget use to it

I had that later in pregnancy, but that was just the baby...I would go to the doctor if i were you, it could be something serious...or nothing at all

this could be a cyst/tumor...not trying to alarm you but it would be a good idea to get it checked out. go see your doctor just to be sure its nothing serious. at three months, i wasnt even close to showing yet. good luck, hope everything goes perfect for you :) !!
