gear shift on the 2003 pontiac aztek, is anyone having problems with it shifting from park?

i was told that pontiac is not doing a recall on it but i was thinking if there was enough people to file a complaint about then pontiac might do something about. it has cost me 350.00 to get switched and it starting to do the same thing again

sounds like a problem with the brake inter-lock device.it can be disabled , but only by customer only because its safety related.
