having a baby of her own...

Then one day, BAM!!!, She got pregnant.... She found

Almost all early miscarriages are caused by a chromosomal abnormality. The baby is just not able to develop and your body takes over. I find that just keeping busy with things that I enjoy relieves my stress.

Pregnant women who use caffeine (coffee, tea, soda, iced tea, cola, soda), alcohol, smoking or exposure to second-hand smoke, nicotine, medications, over-the-counter medications, and street drugs, are at higher risk for miscarriage.

Pregnant women who get food poisoning, particularly from listeria bacteria (found in lunchmeat and unpasteurized cheese/juice, raw fish/sushi) are can miscarry.

However, miscarriages at 4 weeks are typically caused by chromosomal abnormalities or genetic defects in the fetus.

But that doesn't mean there's nothing that a pregnant women can do to help prevent problems in the pregnancy, such as taking a daily prenatal vitamin with the recommended amount of folic acid, and avoiding caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, etc.

If you are Rh negative and haven't had a shot, it can cause a miscarriage. Also if there is something abnormal about the fetus' growth, a miscarriage can occur. Naps are good to relieve stress.

The most common cause of early miscarriages is genetic defects in the fetus. Another common problem is low progesterone levels in the mother.
