ive just bought a shirt and its a little tight is there anyway of streching it

stretch while ironing! or loose some weight fatso!

You might be able to stretch it out the tiniest little bit while it's wet, but chances are when it dries it'll shrink back to it's normal size. And if you stretch it too much, you're going to split a seam - clothes nowdays have very little extra fabric in the seams. You're better off returning the shirt and getting a bigger size, or, if it's too late for that, putting it in the back of your closet and trying it again after you've lost a couple of pounds.

put it in water and then use your hands to stretch it and then air dry it and when it is basically dry toss it in the dryer.

Put it in cold water and stretch it with all your strength......until the size you want it to be
