What do you mean? Just throw it away like you do anything else. It's just fabric for crying out loud.
But if you want to get creative, you could:
1) lay it on railroad tracks and wait for a train. that's always cool :P
2) strap it to a model rocket and Blast Off for the stars!
3) wrap it in foil and put it in the microwave. wheee!
4) give it to your dog as a chew toy - he'll love you for it!

The scriptures say that if you bring anything ungodly into your house that would offend God, like another God, say a Pagan god, the person is to burn it, so i would say burningit would be the best method.
