Why UCL Not Known Out-Side UK?

Guys why UCL Known only In UK
But in the rest of the world it’s rarely known

is it really a good university ?

is it worth the price?

What is the university life?

What is the life after UCL?

if any body know information please tell me?

I can only answer the first question:

Only the top, top (and generally, pretty old) universities are well known throughout the world. That's cuz their name has been mentioned in the press for some remarkable achievement or another often enough for people to recognize it.

UK has a lot of great universities, but only Oxford and Cambridge have a great world rep. US has a ton too, but only Harvard seems to consistently be recognized around the world.

I'm not even sure what "UCL" stands for cuz I'm in the US.
