I'm sorry but some of these people just don't have a clue that even though it's LT and he's having a great year, The Chargers have ALREADY wrapped up the season. There is NO way they'll risk an injury to LT in a meaningless game. They need him for the playoffs. Point blank!
Oh he'll start and he may play at most 1/2 a game. Even if that, he'll be pulled out numerous times to let the backups play.
Risking injury by having LT play an entire game would be beyond stupid.
I also have LT on my team and I'm in the same boat you are.
So I'm looking at benching him and putting in the likes of:
Ronnie Brown (Mia) - He's up against the Colts (cough, cough) run Defense.
Reggie Bush (NO) - vs Car
Maroney (NE) - vs Ten
Cedric Benson (CHI) - vs GB
Ron Dayne (HOU) - vs Cle
The thing to keep in mind n week 17 is that most starters of teams that have wrapped up their playoff spots will at best play a portion of their games. It's a huge risk but it can pay off big if your backups do well.

Should i start the best player in the league, having the best fantasy season of all time playing on a team that is battling for homefield adv?
Yes...
Not only is he durable and would love to notch on a couple TD's to that record of his, but San Diego knows that Shottenheimer is not so great of a playoff coach (at least not in the past). Any advantage helps, including...Homefield advantage. They are still battling with the Ravens for Homefield. He will definately play. Also, they are playing the ARIZONA CARDINALS..who allow 346 yds offense per game. He will have 3 Td's 130 yds by the third quarter..Then sit and watch Michael Turner and his team secure that Homefield...

Tough one. San Diego is playing for home field advantage throughout the playoffs, but you never know.
If your gut tells you to sit LT, Parker and Betts are a good pair.

YES!! San Diego hasn't clinched homefield yet so they will still keep giving him he football. Start Betts, he's on a roll and the Giants are lost.

Who do you have behind him? If you have decent backups, maybe you shouldn't. Michael Turner would be a good pickup maybe, he should get some decent work.
