when I am tring to do other work on computer, i keep getting pop ups. I have the blocker on. PLEASE help me to take care of this.

If they are still gettingthrough with pop up blocker on, then your PC may be infected with adware. Use these scans to remove it.
Both are free and work good.

what browser are you using? i use avant browser instead of IE and i never have that problem. there is a chance that you may have accidently installed an adware on your computer that may have overwrote your popup blocker. try running lavasoft and spybot simultaneously and it will catch the adware if there is any. what kind of system you have?

You most likely have a virus/adware/spyware. Get and use a good checker and follow the instructions on how to remove what it finds.

use mozilla firefox 2 browser. i haven't had any problems with popups since using it :)
