It took my dad almost 10 years to make almost $30 p/h as a customer service rep. Not too many people do it. But it's possible almost anywhere if you choose the right company, one that will allow you to either keep moving up or one that doesn't put a cap on your pay/salary.

Attorney, but when you factor in the cost of all the school and all the outstanding student loans I have, I'm making more like 8.50 an hour.

If you have a choice go to med school. Better money and you feel better about yourself when you go to bed at night...

I can think of lots of jobs - doctors, attorneys, mediators, some secretarial positions, administrators, etc. As you can see, most of these require a great deal of training and/or experience. They are high responsibility/high stress jobs and as such are rewarded.

I am a therapist and I make right around that amount/hour.
