I know they're in March, June, September, and December, but when are the exact dates? 21st or 22nd for each?

The equinoxes are roughly March 21 and September 22. The solstices are about June 21 and December 22. The exact dates float a bit from year to year because the year is not exactly 365 days long. And it also depends on what time zone you are in whether the solstice occurs before or after midnight.

They are on or about these dates. It changes yearly due to the way our calendar works (having to do with the leap year and such). There are web sites that will tell you the exact time.

The link below gives the dates and times for a few years.

It varies a little due to leap years and so on. The U.S. Naval Observatory has a table. See the source.
