the easiest way is to have someone else do it. otherwise listen to guy #1

The easiest way is to remove the fender to get access to the bolts that hold the hinges. Just keep note of the location and number of shims in each spot, it really isn't that hard. Plus removing the fender will make lining up the door so much easier when it comes time to reinstall it.

If you don't have a couple of strong people to hold the door up.. while you take it off or put it on...

Rig up a hoist and sling.. Thats how I do it.
