In the interests I had at the time, however a lot was based in how good it was paid. Now at this point in my life i would say I could have chosen better, something i was passionate about and thats why I am starting to study what i really want so if you have to decide between your passion and what you like and makes good money i would recomend your the first choice.

i chose my field of study based on the following:
1. my interests
2. the subjects i did well in as opposed to the subjects i didn't do too well in
3. my perception/forecast for industry growth
4. my perception/forecase for job opportunities
5. whether the industry was an emerging one or one that was matured already
that way, i hoped to be able to add value to the industry as well as have opportunity to grow my career.
