I had answer to your private question for me regarding that. anyway, there is no flight from Iloilo nor Bacolod. The alternative route would be a ferry from Bacolod going to Cebu then take a flight from Cebu to Caticlan. The plane fare is P3,900/adult and P1,113 for infant via Seair. If you still want via Iloilo, dont ever take a bus because it will take 5 to 6 hours due to stop over, drop off & pick up of passengers. There are also van going to caticlan, its faster & less stops. There are no flights from Iloilo to Caticlan. There are 2 options. Airconditioned bus at P500 per person one way and it takes roughly 4 hours to get there or renting a VFH (Van) which I don't recommend because the drivers get paid by the trip and drive recklessly.
