That'll give you a comprehensive list of every law firm in the U.S. Your best bet in finding such a firm is to look in states that border Canada and do a lot of business with the Canadians (Michigan would be a good place to look -- both Ford and GM have big operations in Canada).

I would imagine any fairly large American law firm would have someone familiar with Canadian law, after all, Canada is one of our largest trading partners, so knowledge of Canadian law would be useful
