Garcia without a doubt. Garcia has been hot while Big Ben has been very hit or miss, mostly miss.
Besides, Garcia still has something to play for as does Cinci. Ben has nothing to play for except pride.

Garcia. He may have a down week against Atlanta's passing D, which has only allowed an average of 183 yards and one passing TD per game for the last four games, but Atlanta's D hasn't produced a lot of turnovers either.
Over the last four games, Big Ben has gotten 5 passing TDs and 2 rushing TDs, and only 3 INTs, but in the last game against Cinci at home, he was 18 of 39 with 208 passing yards, zero TDs and three interceptions. Cinci's passing D hasn't been playing as well lately, but, at home & with the playoffs on the line, they're likely to turn it up a notch. Also, Cinci's run defense isn't very good, so the Steelers may lean on their running game, which could hurt Big Ben's FF numbers.

Garcia. He has a hot hand and a team that is 100% behind him headed for the playoffs and playing for the division championship. I like Big Ben but this has not been his year. As much as they want to end the season on a positive note, I believe that both the Steelers and the Bengals will struggle offensively.

Definitely go with Garcia. His stats this year have been great, and Atlanta is a lost team right now. Cinci is pissed off and ready to attack their hated rivals.
