Hi, actually, it is pretty easy.

1. plug your mp3 to your PC via the USB cable that comes along with the mp3 player.
2. IF IT IS NOT AN IPOD, your computer will automatically detect your mp3 as a storage device and will display in your PC as either drive E or drive D.
3. you can just highlight the songs you want from your computer, copy and paste to your mp3 player. As long as the song is in MP3 format, it will play in all mp3 players.

A mp3 usually comes with it's own usb key, which you can then place in a usb key port in your computer. Your computer should then recoginize that there is a new device/hardware and it should me shown as a removable disk. You can just drag music files into that folder(Like copying and pasting) or sync music from your windows media player or any other music player/program. Hope that helps..xD
