Spanish is the official language of these countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Equatorial Guinea, European Union, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Spain, Uruguay, and Venezuela. There are also many countries that speak Spanish but it's not their official language. Check out this site it tells about all the countries where Spanish is spoken.

There are many. Are you only counting the ones where Spanish is the principal language? There are many countries where Spanish is a secondary language, but still very prevalent or is one of several main languages.
