They claim he is crazy and injury prone and hooked on pain killers and they fired him
He said they werent utilizing him, sticking him in bad storylines to put over ppl that dont deserve it (like Cena), and they would refuse him time off to rest or be with his family, and that he was overworked for several years straight and it was too strenuous.
It's probably a little of both.

I also heard he was hooked on pills and they let him go for that reason!!! But, it could just be a rumor!!! I think if that was the reason then TNA took him because they needed some big name stars!!!

Oh someone told him his gold medal didnt mean anything. He got mad so he quit. WWE said they released him because they didnt want to be embarrassed of the fact that he quit.
