No!!! i hate shows about cooking.

I like that show,because
In this special episode of "Turn Up The Heat," Chef G. Garvin and special celebrity guest Mo'Nique cook up a holiday menu that adds a twist to the traditional holiday meal.
Recipe : Episode GGARVIN : Holiday Special with Mo'Nique

Garlic and Basil Chicken :
INGREDIENTS:
1 whole chicken, about 3 pounds
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
2 sprigs fresh thyme
Handful fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 teaspoon paprika

PROCEDURE
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2. Remove the innards of the chicken. Save if you like.

3. Wash chicken in cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

4. Stem the rosemary and thyme, and add to a blender along with the basil, garlic and half of the olive oil then blend together to make a rub.

5. Season the chicken with the salts, pepper and paprika, and rub the herb mixture all over.

6. Fold the wings under the back of the bird and tie the legs together.

7. Pour the remaining olive oil in the bottom of a medium baking pan, add the chicken and bake for 45 minutes. Rotate the chicken every 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown, cooked through and juicy.
