Well, if this a permanent decision for you, do what I did -- tubal ligation (otherwise known as "having tubes tied"). Never regretted it!

Er, well, under those circumstances, the only sure way to avoid pregnancy (and, for that matter, possible transmission of sexually transmitted diseases) is to not have sex.
There are several methods of contraception that are essentially tools to reduce (or increase) the chances of pregnancy by choosing when in the menstrual cycle to have sex (the most common is the rhythm method) but they are among the least reliable ways to avoid pregnancy.

you dont have to cut out the pleasure just go to your gynacologist and ask him for options but i had something called the loop you have it inserted and it stays there until you decide you want children then you remove it have children and when you are done have it put back in its really safe and you donnt even know its there.... otherwise use a condom..

Well, you can use condoms, or tell you mate to put his testicals in hot water to kill the sperm, or you can tell him to pull out before he cums, kinda risky though!! Please be careful and think twice about what you do, cuz right now I am going through a real hard time thinking I might be pregnant!!

IUD's might be another option if you don't want to be permantly sterilized. If you want a permanant solution - tubal ligation or Essure are 2 more methods.

Best guaranteed way...abstinance! Also, you can use condoms with spermicide

well if you don't have sex you can prevent yourself from getting pregnant but if you do have sex you should protect yourself from stds and other infections
