HI I work for a major cable company in tech support team. One of my co workers was troubleshooting a wireless connection that wouldnt connect, I asked him what is he doing restacking tcp/ip on a wireless conection. I need to know will this work or not or, because supposably it worked for him.

Such a procedure should not care what the actual physical layer is (wireless or wired), because TCP is much further down the chain. It's the wifi/lan card or driver's job to make this irrelevant to the Ethernet stack (and on down).
