How can i Shrink a 6gig DVD down to a 700mb Video, just like all the other DVD ripps on the internet?

I need this Information for Backup purposes. Trying to get my video's down to size... This is Raw Video i am trying to work with, not yet converted or shrinked ..

If you are talking about a movie on a DVD that is 6 gigs it is already compressed.

If it is not compressed you can adjust the compression using DVD shrink. You can find that program free at
