Yes, I've been to Walt Disney World. It's my favorite place to vacation! Mickey's Premium Ice Cream Bar costs exactly $2.50, not including tax. The majority of the other ice cream bars and sandwiches also cost $2.50, not including tax. I'm not sure how much a ballon would cost. I'm pretty sure there's a range of prices, as there's a range of types, shapes, sizes, etc. You could probably by regular, Mickey head-shaped balloons for around $5.00 apiece, but I'd expect to pay around $10 or even $15 for one of the bigger, more colorful ballons with printed images of the different characters.
Remember, if you're staying at or visiting Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge or you go to Disney's Animal Kingdom Park you will not find balloons, and they are not allowed. This is to be sure that none of the animals on the savannahs get ahold of any loose plastic/rubber items and harm themselves.
Hope I could help! Have fun!

Yes I have. And I don't remember how much the balloons cost. I wouldn't get those until the end of the day anyway. What are you going to do with them while you are walking around or going on the rides?
Bring a back pack but don't pack it too heavy. Put bottles of water, snacks like peanut butter crackers, granola bars or whatever your favorite but filling snack is. The food there is expensive. If you can manage eating just one meal there you'll save a ton of money. Buy souvenirs at the end of the day if you are buying them in the park itself. Otherwise just get them at the many many shops outside of Disney off the highway. Cheaper!!

Wow I've been to Disney World at least 15 times and I've never bought a balloon, so I wouldn't know. & I have gotten a Mickey ice Cream bar (they're delicious!) but for the life of me, I don't recall the price. I'm pretty sure they're under $3 though.

I've been there twice. Ice cream and stuff like that will run you about $3-$5. Make sure you ahve a plan of what you want to see in each park before you go...you'll get so much more out of your trip than just wandering around!

There are several exceptional guidebooks available at your local library filled with insider tips. The Unofficial Guide to Disney is great.

tips:
take your own bottles of water, in the park they are expensive.
if you stay at one of the All-Star resorts, eat a big breakfast there (food courts) and take snacks; save money for dinner. (this is where we always stay, so i don't know how the other resorts are with dining).
$3-$5 is about right for ice cream
