According to the Verdict rendered. Impeachment is just another word for trial. I is not being kicked out of office. But, then you knew that, right?

Unfortunately even bill (I never had sex with that woman) clinton is still called Mr. President even though he was impeached and tried in the Senate. Since he wasn't removed from office the honorary title still applies. I'm pretty sure its part of the congressional record on proceedings of decorum and protocol. And yes, Nixon was addressed as Mr. President. The problem is most people don't know what's right and some people don't care. You have flunky new reporters who don't even call him Mr. President, and he is the sitting president.

no President is to be addressed as "Mr President" after leaving Office. Nixon was never even Impeached, BTW. he resigned first. Clinton and Andrew Johnson were the only Presidents to ever be Impeached, and neither was convicted by the Senate.

I don't know since only two have been impeached and neither was found guilty. Impeachment is the Senate hearing itself not the removal from office. Nixon was addresseed as Mr. President after his resignation.

nixon was not addressed all the time as mr. president but some still did. as for bush why on earth would he even be considered for impeachment, he has done nothing wrong? if you're referring to the rumor and misrepresentation that he got us into an 'illegal war' then you will need to also arrest and impeach every democrat and republican, they voted for it too based on the same intel bush had to make a a decision from.

Yeah, he was just out of respect. Usually a President is still referred to as Mr. President even after they're impeached, but I don't think that's right.

All US presidents are referred to as Mr. President from the time they are sworn in until they die. It's just a custom we have.
