If you have children or nieces and nephews, consider giving them to them. Christmas is a time of traditions, and handing down family decorations is a wonderful way to keep those traditions alive.

Good will, Salvation army, possibly ask around. I know people starting out (20 somethings) with no money would probably like them...

I would be more tempted to take them someplace like a school, homeless or women's shelter, or nursing home-- places like Goodwill, Sal Ar, or other thrift store ends up making a profit on them.
Give them to someone who can really use them.

Growing up, my family always had a big garden every year. After we had used all of the vegetable we could use we put what was left out front on a table with a sign..... ****** FREE ***** please take them. (REALLY.....take them!) We had to add (REALLY....take them) to the sign because people weren't taking them thinking there must be some mistake. hahaha.

You can also sell them on Ebay.
