No if you legally got married by getting a liscense, and having either a justice of peace, a captain of a ship, or a preacher marry you than you are as legally married as anyone on earth.
However you don't need a husband until you are treated for what ever caused you to marry someone in jail,You don't say how long you have been married or how long he is in jail but you lose in either direction you can take exept to divorce him and get a life.
What kind of life did you think your would have marrying someone in jail?
Now you are horny and your mate is currently tied up.
Go for it find sex else where what do you think he is doing on lonely nights with bubba or willie next to him.

You would have to find out what the rules are in your state or country. the Marriage may be able to be annuled
Hard to say find out what the law states and see if this can be reversed. If you and he were married and he was still considered married and did not have final papers for divorce he is still legally wed to the previous person thus you don't have to do anything as the marriage is fraudulent.

You won't need an annulment as you are not considered legally married.

If you are legally married then it's legal. But you can also get it annulled, meaning like the marriage never happened since you haven't done the deed together. Did you sign papers and file with a courthouse? If yes, then it's legal. But you can still get it annulled.

Good Question. You are legally married, but you marriage has not be consumated yet. But yes, you still are married. The issue is that since your marriage has not been consumated, it can be annulled. Good luck.

Legally, I'm not sure, but I think as long as you signed that paper and you said "I do", you are leggally married to that man...
In terms of some religions and cultures, the marriage is not complete until the couple have sex...

My advice, consult a lawyer if this is something that you really want to know...

That is a minor question, you should be more concerned as to if he is being faithful to you, or is he doing one of the kitchen or cleaning staff. Because from what I have heard, dirty pigs is where staff infection comes from, and that is a bigger problem than the fact that you do not kiss after he is done laying pipe. As for the answer to why he does not kiss you, Um, let me see, he is happily in prison, just maybe he has bigger problems running through his mind right now!

You don't have to consumate a marriage to make it legal...however if he was married when you married him...it makes your marriage void legally. In other words , your marriage can't be legal if he was married to someone else when he married you.

If you had a cleric or judge preform the ceremony, had a legal marriage license, signed it and sent it to court, it is legal. Can't help wonder why you'd married a man doing time.

You are as long as neither party has had the marriage annulled. See a lawyer if you want out of this situation.
