I vaguely remember this show and its been driving me crazy. I am pretty sure it was about a mannequin that came alive in a department store after hours and had adventures with a dog of some kind and thats all I remember. I was born in 1982 so it had to be on in 82 - 86 range. please help!

It might have even been Small Wonder about a Robot. I don't remember the dog but the girl was very mannequin-like. There was also a movie called Mannequin from around that time.

Well, there's a movie called "Mannequin" that's about a mannequin coming to life. There may have been a short lived tv show as well...

Are you thinking of the movie Mannequin ? It came out in 1987 and stars Andrew McCarthy and Kim Cattrall.

The answer is Today's special, there never was a TV show about the movie Mannequin, it was a movie only.
