Yah I did a 5 month stint at a financial services trading brokerage and I didn't like it at all. I knew the people were doing some inside deals and 3 years later they got busted. It's been 9 years since, and I'm self employed working in the industry that I like.
I would say, set up a plan on how much income you can generate in the next year or 14 months. Save a certain amount, and then start to figure out what you really like. The compromise is, is that you may like what you are doing, but not making as much money as you probably are in the Financial position. Is the compromise worth it? Can you make just as much money if not more if you are creative within that new industry?
I could have made a lot of money coming out of school working in Finance, but in the end it's not me, it's not who I am. I've struggled for the last 9 years but now I really enjoy what I do and I make a pretty good income.

one thing you could do is continue working where you do now and apply to work in different areas, once you find a suitable job you like you can leave your current one. Under any case should you quit your job now as its your only job (i'm assuming). some jobs just werent made for certain people, its hard to find one made just for you

It is not the job, it's the company and/or the management you work for. Search for a reputable company. Verify thru references; just like they check you out.

go along with for now if thats your only job till you get a better job.there is nothing to do now unless you can go talk to your manager about it or asked to be transferred to other departments where you don't get to lie, cheat or steal.

Leave to do something else (once you have a plan), or fake it til you make it. Everywhere there is BS to deal with.
