I have to agree with the Cubs fan on this one. Ditch the "Yankees Suck" at the end and replace it with "You Gotta Believe," which was Tug McGraw's famous rallying cry, or "Believe in Miracles," which would link the '86 Mets to the '69 team. Otherwise, I didn't mind seeing the Buckner play (I always thought that ball had "eyes" and avoided Buckner) and the celebrations at the end.
It was especially nice to hear the old "Meet the Mets" song after all these years. I still sing it, and did when Seattle met the Mets in 2005 (alas, the Mets dropped all three games there).
Anybody out there with a nice tribute to all of New York's great baseball teams over the years? (that includes the Brooklyn Dodgers and the New York Giants as well as the Mets and Yankees - but not the more recent Steinbrenners: bah! Except for a short bit for Bernie Williams, Mariano Rivera and Derek Jeter, true Yankees.) Which is not to slight fans of other teams. Everyone in baseball has bragging rights in one way or another.

I for one am not a fan of the mets. Im a cubs fan. And no offense, i thought this video was done pretty poorly. The beginning the sybol was off screen, and writing yankees suck probably wasnt the best idea. You are going to get some pretty rude comments with that part in there. Maybe update the quality of it and take out the ending. But thats all the advice i can give so to end my answer:

If the Mets plane crashed and every player on the team died, I would not feel a bit sad. A little regret for Tommy G and the Ageless Wonder, but that's about all I would feel.
