hook the psp to your computer

Then copy all everything off of the memory stick to a folder on your pc.

Disconnect the psp, swap in the new memorystick

reconnect the psp to the computer and copy all the stuff from the pc folder you created earlier onto the new memorystick. you should now be good to go.

I often back up everything on my psp to a folder on my pc just to always have a backup.

You have to go to the saved data utility on the games portion of your PSP and then you press Triangle. Choose the copy button and then follow the onscreen instructions for each saved game info you have.

For music you can just hook your psp to your computer and then copy the folder to the desktop. Switch your memory card and put all the music from the folder you made on the desktop to the music. Same for movies
