i can hear my father snoring from the other room.. help me plss

He needs to go to a sleep clinic for a diagnosis. He probably has sleep apnea. This is a very serious condition, and it can damage his heart if he does not get treatment. The use of a CPAP machine (usually paid for by insurance) stops apnea and snoring 100%
He can't skip the sleep clinic and just buy a CPAP. They are only sold on prescription, as they MUST be adjusted to your individual needs.
Your father probably thinks everybody is picking on him and that he really doesn't snore THAT bad. Try recording him for a few minutes and playing the tape for him the next day. Tell him you love him and don't want to have him die of a heart attack. There is often a long wait to get an appointment at a sleep clinic, so get the process started ASAP. Good luck!

He probably has a condition called sleep apnea which can be treated by using a C-PAP machine. He´ll have to wear a mask while he sleeps and it´ll stop him from snoring.

sometimes. my dad got some spray and those nasal patches and they both work good for him. he has something that means his snoring could keep him from breathing in his sleep and it could kill him. so our doctor gave him some medicine to take some of the snoring away.
