Saddam's hanging needs to be shown, the actual last breath. Why? To prove he has not been given Political Asylm in some other country. Questions would arise if this is not done. Why should another American soldier die for the effort, if we do not have PROOF of the act/execution of this Hitler type individual. Do not question morality in viewing this execution, ask why it took so long getting done! Saddam's execution was nothing compared to his style of execution, like taking two people tie them back to back, shoot one and burry both , allowing the person alive to struggle alive beneath dirt, while listening to the other die, and then yourself begin to die. Saddam had it easy, show the deed.

We don't show that sort of disgusting image on our tv stations here.If your so morbid(even if it is Saddam)that you want to see a hanging then I suggest you rent "Faces of Death" or something.

Just know that what's going to be done tomorrow will be done. Then it will be over and you can go on with your life.

***Just came back to say that it's 10:30 pm here and the news just came on to say that Saddam has just been excecuted.YES!!!!
(No,the hanging wasn't shown on our tv either however.."YouTube" has a ton of short clips if you feel the NEED to see it)

The major networks are still trying to decide if they will show it or not. They may not show it live, and in taped broadcasts they may not actually show the hanging. Many network executives are taking a wait-and-see approach to determine if it will be too graphic and actually when it may happen. They definitely don't want kids exposed to it if it happens sometime in the middle of the afternoon, U.S. time.

Why would you want to see something like that? The only people who should really be getting any satisfaction from the execution are the families of those he murdered.

He is a human being. Don't dwell in the past. but face the future. His history is barbaric. It's not going to change anything believe you me. But let God be the judge not us. Learn to forgive one another. Pls forgive Saddam and don't kill him.

i thought the only reason that they were recording it was to stop conspiracy theories about him not being dead. i really dont think they will be broadcasting it on the BBC.

What is wrong with you sensitive people? This is freaking America!!! Many, many people in this country could possibly get some kind of closure from literally watching this heathen die. The government lies, lies and lies, we need to see it so we know he's dead and on his way to fiery hell!
