.obviously, You need to change the oxygen sensor located at the exhaust manifold
but I will go a little far, change the spark plugs.
Not You don't need "a real mechanic" ,I think a virtual mechanic is good enough

High voltage in The O2 circuit is caused by the bad sensor. It may shorted across by carbon deposits or just broke down over time. Replace the sensor and reset the computer. You may have to replace both sensors.

Why is the circuit voltage high? Unless you have the diagnostic skills and equipment to test the entire circuit you will only be guessing and that will usually cost more than having a auto technician diagnose and properly repair your vehicle.
"Obviously" has no technical skills because otherwise he would know that many things can cause this code. And replacing the spark plugs has nothing to do with this. Take it to a real technician and don't listen to virtual "parts replacers"

Bad O2 sensor. Sensor voltage input maintained at above normal operating level.
