If the blind person ever had sight then that person can see a dream, but if the person was born blind they do not see in their dreams but hear things

If they used to have sight but then went blind they would see in their dreams.If they were born blind they dream in sensations.

no, you go blind because the receptors are damaged, in dreams when you see it's the receptors allowing those images, hence blind people can not see dreams due to repector damage.

I say so, I've heard of deaf people for example being able to hear and speak in their dreams.
