Go to your university of choice and look under any sort of "prospective student" link. Generally, the college/university will tell you what high school classes they prefer. Typically they require core classes (ie English, math, science, foriegn language, etc.), but you can check for anything else. Colleges also look for community service, and strong SAT scores along with a high GPA (e.g. 3.0-4.0). Good luck!!!!

You don't need to take any special classes in high school. Just take whatever is required for graduation and that will be all you need. High School is a joke, and once you get into college noone even cares what classes you took or what your grades were.

Psychology helps ;)

A good broad based college program is needed. You will need to take classes involving history, math, science (biology). A solid foundation in all of those will be needed. In addition you must be excellent in english (or your primary language), and any experience you can gain in communications, either interpersonal or mass, will help a lot.
