There's a marvelous little product called OOPS. It's about $3.50 for a small container, and worth every penny. You can get it at almost any hardware store.
I use Liquid Nails all the time -- I do remodeling and tile, and when I've had to clean it up (usually behind helpers), OOPS does the job.
So put some OOPS on there, let it sit for a few minutes, and it should scrape right up with a razor blade. Don't use too much pressure -- you won't need to.

gently use a utility knife razor to scrape ti off w/o damaging the tile then any standard cleaner will get the rest, such as comet

I took it off my non-tile counter with a very sharp knife. Patiently and slowly removed scrape it off.

turpentine, paint thinner, scrubbing, nail polish remover, or the can at the hardware store clearly marked liquid nail remover.

just get a good stiff razor and holder and skim right under it...then clean the leftovers up with acetone.
