No need to explain Tyrone. After all if you start sucking up to them in the interviewing process, they will expect you to continue that behavior once you are hired.
You need to show them who is boss, and no better time than at the interview. Make sure they understand they are lucky to even see your resume, as you usually dont share that type of personal information. Make sure you ask the interviewer how much they make, and tell them you only want to know to figure out whether you should try and get their job.
Good luck Tyrone, sounds like you are going to be huuuuge in the corporate world.

Don't be lazy. When you send out a resume, you are shopping (or promoting) yourself as a prospective employee to potential . Are you going to be lazy on the job? Are you saying that you plan to do that, even before you get a job? If you have any experience in the field/s that you are applying for, and you honestly and truely want the position, you should realize that it is worth the extra few minutes that it takes to tailor your resume. If you are applying in one general field, then you should only have to tailor your resume once or twice. If you are going into mutliple fields or very specific fields, this is where you will stand out from other applicants and possibly be called back for second interviews, or hired quickly for your uniqueness. I'm sure this is not what you want to hear, but when you want a real job, you need to do real work to get it.

I hate to say this and sound harsh, but if you admit that you are too lazy to put this little bit of effort into doing your best in looking for a job, then why should a prospective employer feel that you won't be too lazy to do your best in performing the duties required of you in the job?
