If you are receiving SSI and it's direct deposited to your bank, what day is the money available?

The previous answer is only partially correct.
It is the 3rd of the month for anyone receiving SS prior to May 1997.
For all others it depends on the day of the month you were born.
Second Wednesday
If birth date on 1st - 10th - Second Wednesday of month
If birth date on 11th - 20th - Third Wednesday of the month
If birth date on 21st - 31st - Fourth Wednesday of the month
The exception to the above is the 1st of the month for those receiving Supplemental SSI.
