im not getting my payments

Mine was set up through my state. The ex husband had to pay the state I reside in, they in turn sent me a check.
I would call your state's child support recovery hotline.

Each state has a Department of Child Support Enforcement Agency and the state hat ordered the payments is the place I would start, no address on the checks or the order or anything? I would call, you'll need SS#'s and dates and such when you call. they should tell you or reffer you to someone that can tell you.

contact the state agency where the support order is enforced.
Many of these child support agencies fail to get the money into the hands they were meant for.

you need to get intouch with children services in the county you live in hope it helps
