I think it's definately possible to have true friends you just won't know who they are until you're truely in a jam!

Yes, I know I have a few really true friends, many more aquaintences, but some are good friends, but I wouldn't classify them as true friends. I have about three really true friends I know I could count on no matter what.
Three is about the average number for most people too.

Yes but for some people there are not because they are afraid to let people in. But i have about 3 true friends.

Yeah, they're rare but out there. There are also some who you only think are true friend. Don't be afraid to trust people but keep a healthy dose of skepticism.

of course, maybe u can have frnds 4 a time and u think that they r true but with the time u'll c that they r not true but that doesn't mean that there isn't true frnds ,coz by the time u'll meet the true ones .. and u'll see :):)
