it's actually pretty hard to call this year, I think out of the AFC it will be between the chargers and the the ravens.
Between the NFC it is probably going to be between the eagles and saints.
I predict the outcome to be the RAVENS vs. the SAINTS.
Chargers, rivers has looked less then pro bowl like, these last few weeks, which is covered up by the future hall of famer LT.
Eagles, are an extremely hot team right now and have probably the most momentum going in the their favor out of the NFL, which is huge come playoff time. (remember the steelers?)
Cowboys, the virus known as TO has finally taken over, it's worse then aids.
The seahawks are 1 and done for the mere fact that the only reason they are going is because they are sadly the best team outta that sad division.
Bears, D has slipped huge lately, and they stopped letting REX play to win games and now force him not to lose them.
Indy, Rush D will end there season, I can see big money or 1st round draft going to some fat D lineman.
Pats, So inconsistent, but they are playoff vets, wouldn't surprise me if they go deep, but I just don't think they have the right pieces to go all the way.
Saints, Sean Payton has put that team where they belong, a dominent NFC south contender. The saints have had major talent for years, and have been the most underachieveing team in the last decade it is nice to see payton using all that talent he has, fear the saints!
Ravens, that team is rolling on all cylinders, they already proved they could beat the chargers once, and now that there offense knows who they are, the Ravens are now an extremely dangerous team.

The Chargers are pretty much unstoppable in the AFC. The Bears and Eagles are overrated. Rex Grossman can't handle the pressure of an average defense, let alone a playoff contender's "D." The Bears have a solid defense, but the Saints' supercharged offense will leave them in the dust. Think about it, Brees can either hand it off to Deuce or Reggie, or pass it to Reggie, Colston, or even Joe Horn. Too many options for the Bears defense to decide on.
Also, the Eagles are the feel-good story of the season, but I don't think they are quite ready to go all the way. They're riding that "We Beat Dallas/T.O." cloud right now, but that's not enough to make it to the Super Bowl.
So, to answer your question, I'm going with the Saints and Chargers. It's going to be a high scoring game, but I think that the Saints will pull it out.

The real team in the AFC is the Baltimore Ravens and not the Chargers. Baltimore has a REAL defense that has given up less points than any other team in the league (198 so far). Plus the Ravens are likely to draw a 2nd round bye with Indy (no run defense).
As for the NFC, it all depends on Rex Grossman and how he does. But I will say if it is -20 degrees in Chicago, windy, or lots of snow, then the Bears will have an easy win.

The Chargers are a good pick as long as Marty keeps his head. The Ravens and Patriots (well, the Patriots as long as they do not turn the ball over) will be hard teams to beat as well.
As for the NFC, I think the Saints have been the most consistent team throughout the season. The Bears have a better record and a great defense, but their offense is too big of a liability. The Bears could be out after one game.
The AFC team will probably win the Super Bowl barring the unforseen.

The Chargers v. the Saints or Cowboys (I think they could pull it together, however I do believe Tony Romo is, atleast partially, "figured out").
The Bears will choke in the playoff. No, I shouldn't say that because that means it's a fluke. They are just not a complete team. They are going to be 14-2 because they played only 2 teams who are above .500 (loosing to one, and loosing to a team that's now .400). That cardinals game was no fluke. The Cardinals choked and totally had it in the bag. The Bears will get beaten when they face a quality team in the play-offs. The are lucky they have a bye because they'd probably get beaten in the wild-card round.

Chargers 38, Saints 17 San Diego will be able to adjust to Brees and the Chargers' defense will be too tough against the running game. Speaking of running, the Saints are 9th from the bottom. The Chargers are third in rushing offense.
