That is the law in Iraq. In someways it is more humane to get it over with quickly instead of leaving them to rot in prison for years before executing them.

Well may be cos they dont want to leave any chance of him ever escaping or creating another saddam.
The whole idea of convicting in a month is crap though, i mean what if someone finds out that the prisoner is innocent. Its possible but the probability is low.

Iraq law mandates that executions have to be carried out within 30 days of sentence. He appealed against his verdict and (too rightly) lost the appeal.
Shame really, he deserves to suffer greatly for his crimes against humanity.

The US courts have never dealt with a monster that tortured and murdered on a scale comparable with Saddam. Anyway, he's not in the US and the US is not in charge. That's the whole point: "we" don't consider ourselves to be Iraq's masters. Plus, he's getting MUCH better than he gave.

We did not carry close him. The Iraqi Courts did. there replaced right into a e book released late final 365 days by using somebody that spent many hours interviewing him throughout the time of his trial and in the previous his loss of life sentence replaced into performed. I choose i'd desire to remember the call. I observed an interview of the author on Fox. i'm confident a internet seek will turn it up for you.

The U.S doesn't want him to see the next year. He history is barbaric. It's not going to change anything believe you me if the hung him. But let God be the judge not us. Learn to forgive one another. Pls forgive Saddam and don't kill him.

He was tried and convicted under Iraqi law, NOT American law.
PS: America could learn a few lessons from the Iraqis on this one...
