Here's my non-professional thoughts:
If you're not pregnant and associate labor with pain, you may be trying to work out some sort of emotional pain while you're asleep.
Dreams about the sex of the baby is very common. They rarely mean that is what the baby will be.
We use our dreams to accomplish what we cannot or will not while awake.
I've learned that when I have a bad dream or a confusing dream, I think it through in my head and then add my own ending.
example: slay the dragon before eats you.
in your case, imagine that the baby is born...healthy.

Maybe God blessed you with the gift of "Prophecy", so you will get a briefing of how your labor will go, and who knows maybe, other prophecying as well after the baby is born.. How Awesome is that,...... You know like in the bible when Joseph , prophesied for the Pharoah, to make sure not to go through the Famin, like everyone else, did, because God told him in a dream what was ahead........ That coud be you... Congratulations, and just write down your dreams, and see how many of them are alot like life in the natural,, and consider it a blessing from God Himself!!! Smile!!! It means you pregnant and you will have crazy dreams about the baby. My sister gave birth to a cat in her dream and it was normal. When I was preggo with my second I dreamt i was sitting on the toilet giving birth piece by piece then assembling him together(good thing I knew where that 3rd leg went.).This dream was normal to.
I think you are feeling anxious about labor pain.
Women go through this all the time.but you don't. Doctor have wonderful things called pain meds. their awesome. good luck!!!
