Whoever instructed you liberals mourn the dying of Saddam Hussein became mendacity to you. I do mourn the thousands of our militia, and over a million civilizian Iraqis Bush murdered in pursuit of his conflict of determination. in comparison to you, I fee human existence.

I am a liberal. I am also a veteran who served his country honorably and would do so again. As a patriotic citizen of this country I do not feel comfortable being so arrogant as to assume that anyone with any other philosophy is less patriotic or less than interested in what is best for this country. It is certainly not my place to judge anyone (nor is it yours for that matter) and ridiculous generalizations are just childish and non-productive.
What I do believe is that all of the people that continue to encourage divisiveness are posing a far greater threat to this nation than Saddam could ever hope to pose. We, as a nation united can most likely never be defeated from the outside. Only a cancer from within can destroy us. Those who encourage this divisiveness ignore Lincoln's famous words "a house divided against itself cannot stand". Those who encourage this divisiveness strike a blow against this nation that no outside enemy is capable of striking. Why do you do this?

Republicans put Saddam in power to begin with. Now they've flip flopped and decided to kill him.
My biggest regret about Saddam being killed is that it's going to be televised. That's going to cause a ridiculous amount of violence in Iraq (Saddam supporters), and a lot of people are going to die that would otherwise live to see another day.

What are you man? Are you going to watch it on pay-per view or something? I wished they would put the S.O.B. in a electric chair on low voltage for about 6 hours!

As one who has been called a "Centrist", I will be tipping a tall cold glass of CaboWabo and grapefruit juice. I am sometimes liberal in my views and sometimes conservative. That was my liberal side answering.

Liberals do not support Saddam Hussein, no matter what. Do not automatically assume other people's beliefs. They only opposed the war on Iraq, because despite Bush's flimsy excuses, everyone can tell we are only in Iraq for oil.

I will not mourn him at all.
I will however think of many lives he took and mourn them.
