OK, this is a major emergency man! I was downloading songs into my ipod just a few minutes ago when it just kind of like froze! What do i do? Pls help!

Here are the reset instructions:
1) Slide the Hold switch to hold, and then off again
2) Press and hold the Menu and Center buttons until the apple logo appears, then wait for the ipod to restart.
(This will not erase anything on the ipod)
Secondary reset instructions, if you have iTunes 7:
1) Plug your ipod into the computer
2) Within itunes, click the ipod in the selection tree
3) Click the restore button in the ipod window
(This WILL erase everything on your ipod)

1st - Reset it by holding down the menu and center button for 5-10seconds. If that doesn't work then . . .

2nd - Resotre it by plugging it into the computer and pressing restore. (WARNING - This will erase all memory so back up your music!)

3rd - Call Apple @ 1-800-MY-APPLE or Visit an Apple Store

well there are two things you can do 1) wait for the battery to die
or 2) go to the main site and go to support i dont know what kind of ipod you have because there are different ways to reset each ipod but it will unfreeze it

Press down on the menu and middle buttons together then hold. That will reset your ipod :-)

Defrost it in the micro wave or a worm place

plug it in to charge..then later...turn it back on
